Care for Costume/Fashion Jewellery
Costume/Fashion jewellery is an accessory which is generally worn for special occasions. It is not like gold or silver jewellery which can sustain the wear and tear of everyday use.
No matter how high quality of costume jewellery it still requires handling with care in order to remain in good condition.
· Jewellery should be put on last and taken off first while dressing.
· Never wear during physical activity.
· Always store in a cool dry place, and store separately in order to avoid scratching.
· Always remove jewellery before showering or bathing.
· Avoid contact with any chemicals, such as perfume, hair spray and salt water, deodorant and any cleaning agents.
· Do not use jewellery cleaners.
· Gift Diva will not be liable for discolouration by the above or acidity levels in skin.
 
 
Coupons/Promotional Codes
In order to redeem a promotional discount or coupon you MUST enter code in promotional code box exactly as you see it (eg. using upper or lower case font with no spaces) at checkout.  If  promotional code is not entered during the checkout process and sale is completed unfortunately discount cannot be remdeemed due to system technicalities.  I do appologise for any inconvience. Each promotional coupon/code  is not valid with any other offer and no further discounts apply.
 
 
Returns Policy
Please choose products carefully as we do not exchange or refund, if you simply change your mind or have a made a wrong decision. Gift Diva has provided adequate descriptions with each product so that you have a concept of what you are purchasing.  Please take note of measurements of items as not all lengths suit every person. Gift Diva will NOT accept return of goods that have been partially used or otherwise misused in any way unless faulty. In accordance with Health Regulations earrings are non refundable and can not be exchanged unless faulty.
 
Cancellation of any orders must be made within 2 hours via email. No cancellations are accepted after a 2 hour period. If an order has been processed and sent it will be at the receiver’s expense.
 
 
Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery
In the event that you are delivered faulty goods notify us within 24 hours of receiving goods. Notify Gift Diva by email giving name, address, details of item and reason for the return. When return of goods is authorised, goods to be returned via Australia Post, must be registered post and keep any appropriate proof of return. Return product to GIFT DIVA within 5 days of receiving goods. If the returned item is lost in transit to Gift Diva, we will deem you not have returned item. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not further damaged in return transit. After sighting goods we may at our discretion not accept return of faulty goods due to misuse. Return product with receipt or copy of proof of purchase.
 
We guarantee our workmanship and will replace (subject to availabitly)or refund the faulty  product. In the event that you receive a faulty product, we will refund the original price, once item has been returned to us. All refunds will be refunded by the same method of payment. If you request a replacement we will despatch item (subject to availability) once we receive the returned goods, at our cost. In the even a refund is issued, a refund of the goods only will be refunded not postage.
 
Please note that when returns that are found to be non-defective, Gift Diva will not cover the cost of the return postage. 
 
Warranty
Items have a 30 day warranty (Allure Gold has a 3 year replacement guarantee). Warranty covers workmanship only. Discolouration due to acidity levels of the skin or misuse of product will void your warranty. (Please follow care instructions). Please notify Gift Diva by email giving name, address, details of item and reason for the return. Return product with receipt or copy of proof of purchase. After sighting goods we may at our discretion not accept return of faulty goods due to misuse. 
 
 
Terms and Conditions Allure Gold Jewellery
 
All Allure Gold items are an order only item ...once payment has been processed no cancellations accepted. DO NOT WEAR JEWELLERY IN POOLS OR IN SALT WATER. DO NOT IMMERSE IN CHEMICALS as this will void your guarantee.-Just like any piece of fine jewellery, frequent cleaning is recommended to maintain its true beauty. Salt water, chlorine in swimming pools and perspiration take their toll on all fine jewellery including Solid Gold Layered Jewellery. Just wipe with a soft cloth to keep your gold layered jewellery clean and free of elements which oxidize.

Allure Gold’s claims, replacement guarantee, returns are valid, binding and enforceable against all persons that access and purchase our items. By purchasing you automatically agree to our terms, claims and warranty conditions.

Allure Gold reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to at any time without prior notice or justification, change these terms and conditions, content and/or services from this website or any other site or store selling this product.

All Allure Gold jewellery is sold with a 3 Year Replacement Guarantee against tarnishing, discolouration or fading, subject to the terms and

conditions below. This Replacement Guarantee represents an additional guarantee to statutory consumer guarantees granted to you under

applicable consumer protection legislation.

To keep your new Allure Gold jewellery in a beautiful condition and to ensure you get the most out of it, we recommend following the simple

care instructions, which are on pages 3 to 4 in this guarantee booklet. These care instructions are not an exhaustive list; however sensible care

taken with your jewellery will ensure the longest life possible.

THIS 3 YEAR REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE IS LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM OF 3 REPLACEMENTS WITHIN 3 YEARS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE OF

ORIGINAL ITEM. ENGRAVING OR CUSTOMISING YOUR JEWELLERY IN ANY MANNER WILL VOID THIS REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE.

 

If you need to make a claim in respect of our 3 Year Replacement Guarantee, simply return the item in the following manner:

· with the completed original Allure Gold guarantee card;

· with a COPY of your purchase receipt;

· by way of a registered form of shipping (ensure you keep the tracking number at all times);

· in secure and protective packaging to prevent damage in transit; and

We will replace the item with an exact item or an item of the same value (if the returned item is no longer available). Please do not include the

original receipt, or the gift box (if applicable) as it can be damaged easily in transit.

We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. All costs incurred on returning the item or items to Allure Gold will be your

responsibility. The cost of sending the replacement item or items to you will be the responsibility of Allure Gold.

Terms and conditions of our 3 Year Replacement Guarantee:

This 3 Year Replacement Guarantee:

(a) is valid for three (3) years commencing from the date of purchase of the original item;

(b) is limited to three (3) replacements of the original item for the duration of the 3 Year Replacement Guarantee;

(c) is limited only to replacement of items (both original and replacements) that are tarnished, discoloured or faded for reasons other than

one of the following:

(i) failure to follow our care instructions or guidelines set out in the care instructions (pages 3 to 4 of this guarantee booklet) or any

other leaflets, brochures or materials supplied with the original item;

(ii) accident, misuse, abuse, lack of reasonable care, tampering or attempted repair by a person not authorised by us;

(iii) damage during transportation or moving of the item by you or any other persons not authorised by us;

(d) will not apply if:

(i) the item has been customised to your personal requirements;

(ii) any engravings or marks has been made on the item; or

(iii) it is our opinion that paragraphs (a), (b) and/or (c) does not apply , or you have failed to follow our returns procedure set out

above.

Our liability arising in respect of a return made under this 3 Year Replacement Guarantee shall be limited to:

(a) the replacement of the item returned;

(b) the supply of items of equivalent value if the item returned is no longer available;

(c) the repair of the item; or

(d) the refund of an amount equivalent to the price paid by you for the item, or the recommended retail price of the item, whichever is

lower, if we are of the opinion that a replacement or repair of the item cannot be made by us.

DO NOT SEND THIS GUARANTEE BACK UNLESS THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE JEWELLERY

All of Allure Gold jewellery is sold with a 3 Year Replacement Guarantee* against tarnishing, discolouration or fading.
To keep your new Allure Gold jewellery in beautiful new condition and to ensure you get the most out of it, we
recommend following these simple care instructions.

Rose Gold
Rose Gold items are highly susceptible to oxidising. Rose Gold has a high Copper content, which gives the Gold the
Rose look. Given the item has a high content of Copper, it is the Copper which oxidises. Oxidising is caused by the
atmospheric elements coming into contact with the Copper, and is virtually impossible to avoid. If your Rose Gold
item is turning a black colour or even darkening this is the item oxidising. Giving the item a good firm polish with a
quality jewellery cloth will tend to remove most of the oxidising, and return the item to near new condition. If you
follow these instructions, your Rose Gold will continue to impress.
925 Sterling Silver
925 Sterling Silver is similar to Rose Gold in the fact that it can oxidise with time. If you follow the care instructions
with this finish also, you will get the most out of your beautiful piece.
All Finishes:
Frequently clean to maintain its lustre. This removes dust and grime that can cause scratching and oxidising of the
jewellery.
- Use a soft damp cloth and a quality jewellery cloth to dry.
- Use a quality jewellery cloth to polish.
- Do not use any jewellery cleaner or cleaning products.
- Do not use any abrasive materials on the jewellery (EG: scouring brush, steel wool,etc)
Kept clean and free from elements which can oxidise.
- Store your jewellery in a nice dry environment when not being worn to increase the life of your jewellery.
- When storing, make sure the piece is clean to avoid deterioration.
- Keep stored in the velvet jewellery bag that was supplied, or a jewellery box.
Remove your jewellery before
- Swimming
- Cleaning
- Exercising
- Doing the laundry
- Any other tasks where your jewellery could come into contact with chemicals or elements that oxidise.

 Avoid any chemicals coming into contact with your jewellery. Chemicals can react with the finish of your Allure Gold
jewellery and will severely reduce the life expectancy of the jewellery.
Your new jewellery from Allure Gold should be cared for like the delicate piece of jewellery it is.
- Avoid situations where the jewellery can be damaged, scratched or possibly ruined.
- Wearing other jewellery next to your Allure Gold piece, this can lead to excessive wearing by rubbing.
If you have acidic skin you may find the acidity in your skin causes the jewellery to tarnish or fade rather quickly as a
result of frequent wear. Unfortunately, such reactions are beyond our control and if you have previously
experienced wearing layered or plated jewellery that tarnishes, fades or discolours quickly, we advise you to wear
your Allure Gold jewellery only on an “as needed” basis.
Allure Gold jewellery may eventually tarnish or fade as a result of frequent or excessive contact with
- acidic skin
- salt water
- chlorine
- detergent
- perspiration
- any chemicals.
Avoid touching Cubic Zirconia stones. The oils on your fingers can leave a film on the Cubic Zirconia and dull the
finish. Clean with a soft damp cloth and immediately dry with a quality jewellery cloth to drywill leave the finish of
the CZ at its best.
Discard any old, torn or dirty looking cloths you intend to use on your jewellery. By having a very small impurity (such
as even a very fine grain of dirt) will have disastrous effects on your jewellery finish. Store your cleaning cloths away
from any possible contamination from chemicals or other impurities.
This is not an exhaustive list of care instructions; however sensible care taken with your jewellery will ensure the
longest life possible.

Pricing and Product Availability
All prices used on the Gift Diva website are in Australian Dollars.
 
We try to avoid errors in our pricing and product information, however if such mistakes occur we reserve the right to correct them.
 
If any item is temporary out of stock or discontinued you will be contacted via email to discuss either a later delivery date, or choosing an alternative product or cancellation of the order.

Orders are proccessed within 24hrs. All goods will be delivered registered mail using Australia Post. Registered mail requires signing on arrival of goods, if goods are not received within 7 days, please contact Gift Diva via email immediately. Gift Diva will follow up with Australia Post and will contact you via email. Please allow for longer delivery times if order placed just before weekend, over holiday periods and public holidays.
Gift Diva will not be held responsible for incorrectly submittted address details.
 
 
Cancellations Due to Customer Error
Please note that if an order is placed and an error occurs due to customer negligence (eg. placing order when not required, accidently, overseas orders) and a refund is required a  full refund will not be recieved. The refund will be minus the pay pal fee.
